Chaos Ascending

Just a group of guys with one mission: Bring hard rock and heavy metal back to the Lehigh Valley!! Every one of us comes from different walks of life and we want to play and hear the music we all loved and grew up with. Music is food for the soul! This band is about three things: Communication, Collaboration, and Fun.

Meet the band!

Cliff

Vocals

Cliff is the band's singer and brings a powerful voice to the stage. His booming vocals are perfect to express the band's love of heavy music. Sporting a killer look to go along with his killer voice, Cliff is a dominant presence on any stage he graces. He has a long history of heavy rock going back to the 90s playing in bands like Stolen Milk Crates and Wheelchair getaway. Cliff is known from grabbing the mic at about any show he's at, along with occasionally riding his Harley to a venue. And don't get him angry...you wouldn't like him when he's angry (because he's as strong as the Hulk)!

Dave

Drums

Dave is our drummer and lays down the heavy beats that we rock out to. He brings confidence and consistency to the skins and has a big cymbal game. His knowledge of songs and music combined with a great ear make him the perfect addition. And there is absolutely nobody in the world who is a better bandmate than Dave!

Pat

Guitar

Pat plays guitar for the band and is our MVP - Most Versatile Player! He plays both rhythm and lead, guitar synth, has been seen with a bass and acoustic guitar in his hands, and always has a smile on his face. His musicality and wide range of sounds and playing styles is a key compliment to the band's intensity. Played in numerous bands in the NY/NJ area ranging in styles from blues, classic rock, prog, and metal. Founding member of All the King's Men and Hadrian's Wall. Pat is now firmly entrenched in the Lehigh Valley as a metal maniac!!!

Brian

Bass

Brian plays his booming bass, is the backbone of the band and co-manages it. He brings a ton of experience in both playing and the technical aspect of the sound. His playing is strong and versatile and helps create the performing stage environment. He is very active on stage and his presence is always friendly and encouraging. Brian toured the US with Kurios as their bass player and sound guy and was in the metal band Highlander.

AJ

Guitar

AJ is the lead guitarist and founding member of the band. He sets the tone immediately with his thundering Marshall and lighting fast guitars. Truly a lover of virtuoso guitar work, AJ has been heavily influenced by Randy Rhoads, Yngwie Malmsteen, John Petrucci, David Gilmore and so many others. AJ has most recently played with the bands Hard/Cover, Wake the Dead and Kixtart.

The room is decorated with a variety of band posters covering the wall, featuring heavy metal and rock bands. There's a punching bag hanging from the ceiling, a shelf filled with vinyl records and band merchandise, and a small stage area. A sofa and chairs are placed in front of the posters, and a table is in the center with a small speaker and a skull decoration on it. The atmosphere is cluttered yet cozy, with dim lighting enhancing a rock-and-roll vibe.
